Springfield's Thaddeus Snodgrass is arguably the most talented offensive player in the state of Ohio in the 2014 class. In fact, he was the second player in the class on that side of the ball to receive an offer from the staff after OL Jimmy Byrne.
Snodgrass first blew up when attending the U.S. Army All-American Combine back in January. He received Honorable Mention on the U.S. Army All-Combine Team for his performance, and was the only 2014 wide receiver to be named.
In June, Snodgrass made an appearance at the Ohio State camp and put on a show. He posted a blazing 4.35 40 yard dash at the event, something that quickly earned him a lot of attention from the coaching staff. Meyer would pull Snodgrass aside for a bit at the event, and later on after he left Wide Receivers Coach Zach Smith informed him he had an offer.
Snodgrass also returned to Columbus to take in Friday Night Lights.
